HAND/WRIST STABILISATION ORTHOSES
NOVATHANE

NOVATHANE orthotics are made from elastic fabric and feature a zipper and zip puller for easy fitting. They are for single-patient use and stabilize the wrist and/or hand. Textile orthotics are available in standard sizes.

The use of semi-rigid resin enables the forearm to be molded to the patient’s shape, so the final device is perfectly adapted to his or her morphology. This process ensures optimum efficiency and ease of use.

NOVAWRIST

Forearm orthosis with thumb opening. Immobilization of the wrist joint.

NOVARHIZ

Forearm and thumb orthosis. Immobilization of the wrist joint and thumb column.

NOVAHAND

Forearm and hand orthesis. Hand rest orthosis.

Resin

Thermosetting resin is composed of a resin and a hardener. These two components can be stored in hermetically sealed flexible packaging.

Accessories

A casting kit and two sizes of rollers are available to facilitate fitting of the stabilization brace by the healthcare professional. The ring, magnifying glass and clamp hold the brace open during resin casting. The roller is used to distribute the resin in the orthosis.
