Abdominal support belts are prescribed in cases of temporary abdominal wall deficiency without pathological character (postpartum, post-operative condition). They can be custom-made (CSA) or mass-produced (CSB). Abdominal support belts are made of elastic fabric.

NOVATEX MEDICAL has developed two models of abdominal support belt:

NOVABELT belt: “strong” belt with breastplate.
The NOVAGAINE belt: a “light” belt.

NOVABELT SUPPORT BELT

NOVABELT belts include :

Three elastic tabs for precise belt tension adjustment.
A hook-and-loop faceplate for optimum comfort on the patient’s anterior wall.
Two ribs at the front and two spring steels at the back.

NOVAGAINE BELT

NOVAGAINE belts include :

A microfiber hook fastener with 3 positions for fine adjustment.
Removable shoulder straps (free on request).
Microfiber-lined crotch flap for added comfort.
Two ribs at the front and two spring steels at the back.
